Each one of our clients has their own specific set of circumstances and special needs. This is why we customize our plan of action around the specific needs and goals of our clients.

That being said, we do start our marketing plan of action from a “systematic framework” which has been proven over and over again to be an effective means of helping our clients achieve their goals. As with any top-quality business, we offer a clients an “easy out”/ no-hassle cancellation policy. We stand behind our work, and we want our clients to feel good about working with us.

Cancellation Guarantee


We also “have your back” after the sale. Our insurance policy covers our seller clients for up to 180 days after the sale, with up to $25,000 of legal defense for any unintentional “errors and omissions” made during the course of listing your home for sale.

E&O Seller Protection Plan Certificate


In order to help ensure that our clients are never put in the position of being sued, we encourage our seller clients to fill out (and we ask the buyer to sign an acknowledgement prior to closing) a “Seller’s Property Disclosure.” This serves as a written record that all known information is disclosed about a property (which, by having the buyers’ acknowledgement, can be used as documentation to help prevent frivolous lawsuits from every coming into being.) We realize this isn’t the “glamorous” part of marketing and selling a home. But we do feel strongly that one of our most important duties we perform for our clients is, not only helping them sell within a reasonable time frame, for the maximum amount possible, but also to help them avoid costly downside risks. And, as anyone familiar with the matter knows, lawsuits can become very expensive very quickly. We are looking out for our clients, and providing advice along the way, to do everything in our power, to help them avoid trouble of this sort.
